Apparent damage of packing:

Nonapparent damage of packing :
A report, bearing on packing and the products, is carried out by Letter Registered with Acknowledgement of Delivery is addressed to the conveyor in the three days (3) days which follow the delivery, not included/understood the public holidays.
In these two cases, report copies is addressed to WearAddict by Letter Registered with Acknowledgement of Delivery in the ten seven (1007) days desuivant the delivery.
The deadlines will be hardly respected preclusion.
In the event of nonrespect of the other provisions of the procedure noted above, the customer will be responsible for any damage undergone by WearAddict.
Another risks :
Any complaint, holds or dispute nondependent on transport and of some nature that it is, will have to be mentioned with the salesman by Letter Registered with Acknowledgement of Delivery within fifteen (15) day as from the arrival of the products.
The customer will have to provide any justification on the reality of the noted defects, WearAddict reserving the right to proceed directly by the intermediary of an agent to any observation and/or checking on the spot. |
